no proper welcoming, not even provided basic facilities which they have promised . and they have rudely questions about why you have booked through online... you should book offline like that they have answered.

The hotel was very bad toilet

everything is nice, The location is near Mahakaleshwar temple by rick, near to ujjain railway station

Room is good but toilet and wash room was having smell. Hotel staff is polite. Shipage problem in rooms.

I have booked Air conditioners room but no ac working and even cleaning not properly and lots of mosquito in side the room...I have suffered a lot...

The first thing i like most is that, i got the same property which was showed me in the hotel's pictures. Overall it was a good experience, the staff, food, other services were excellent.

there is no hot water coming in the room. The washroom was not good.The cleanliness was subpar, with dust and stains visible on the surfaces. service is also poor.

The hotel failed to provide several amenities clearly listed in your application, significantly impacting our stay, especially for the elderly members of our group. We were denied a kettle, given lukewarm tap water instead of cold distilled water, and charged above MRP for bottled water. Furthermore, the promised extra bed for the third guest was replaced with a mattress, and the room was too small for three people, forcing us to endure cramped conditions. These failures to meet advertised standards and the resulting discomfort warrant a full refund for our reservation.

The rooms and bathroom are not very clean. The bed sheets were not replaced before check in. The staff is not very cooperative.

It was a horrible stay, not at all clean , bedsheets were used ones , mosquitoes in the rooms , no bottled water facilities, bathrooms were stinking and leakage were there and drainage system was very poor . We had booked for 4 bed room but room was not ready so allotted us 3 bed room . I will never recommend this hotel for anyone .

Pathetic stinky rooms, bedsheets not cleaned or washed, lot of mosquitos, checked many rooms, all were in bad condition. I have been a very loyal customer for a long time and I wish that should verify and crosscheck listed properties. I checked in and left the room within a minute and had to book another hotel offline at the last moment considering hygiene and safety of me and my family. I want the charges to be waived off and strict action should be taken against such property owners and no such properties should be posted.

It was a decent hotel. I went with my family for Ujjain darshan. We just had to book a stay only hotel and for that purpose it was a nice option.

Nice hospitality, good staff, this property could be best if the maintenence is properly looked after, still aaradhy deserve 4 star. Chandan giri.
