Hotel is at prime location. walking distance from Railway station and with in approx 1 km of Mahakal. The staff is very supportive especially Ankit Bhaiya and Sandeep Bhaiya. The rooms were clean and they are very reachable and provide the support, they even help us to get warm water for gargle.

It was good. All same as shown. The staff was helpful and came even at 2 am. The only problem was the geyser wasn't working.

Hotel location was good, straight forward navigation about 500m from the railway station. The facilities were good, the room was neat and tidy. However room services were not up to the mark, we had to call the reception at least 4-5 times to get the dustbin and extra bedding even when the room was booked for 3 people.

The place was in the city, but not very near to Mahakal temple. The rooms were pleasant, but congested. Cleanliness was good. The staff was also helpful. You don't get morning-evening tea, that the hotel should provide.

Comparing price, the property is considered to be “Good” However, has scope of improvement .. tiles works of floor is not at all clean…still adhesive marking is seen everywhere…2 nos electrical switches are observed to be damaged… Diverter of sower assembly is not smooth…
