Hotel Imperial

Everything else was good, but a few basic expectations were not met — especially considering we were traveling as a family with kids and senior citizens: 1. The room was not properly cleaned — we even found pieces of broken bangles, which is unsafe when children are around. 2. The bathroom latch was not functioning, which is a basic requirement for privacy and safety. 3. We saw a cockroach roaming freely in the room, which was quite disappointing and not something you expect in a family-friendly environment. 4. The staff was not very courteous. We requested a small space to lay down and stretch a bit, as we were accompanied by senior citizens and had a long wait ahead for our evening train after checking out at noon. Even a small resting area would have helped, but we were told that nothing could be done. This could have been handled with more empathy and flexibility.

It was a wonderful stay ,and staff is also supportive ,clean wash room and breakfast is also good ,highly recommended

Location was good. Food needs to be serviced fresh. Found mosquitoes crawling on the sprours plate displayed for breakfast. The services of the staff at breakfast table was slow and change the bread toaster. It burns the bread well instead of toast. The Dosa chutney was stale.

The stay was good, hotel was getting painted when we visited, no guard to guide u or host u regarding parking or reception location, was expecting a better room size and hospitality from the hotel, i hv no doubt IMPERIAL grand had everything and imperial is miniature in every expect of staff, hospitality and other facilites For sure not going to book again. Given 4 star because of the restraunt food that too located at imperial grand premises. Mmt gave their vest deal, so grateful to mmt.

Property is well made however not maintained properly, bed was not long enough for 6ft man, cleanness was not upto the mark, bathroom tab was not fitted well and soap case was rusted

Restaurant food is good, and hygiene is maintained. The hotel room is also good. Amenities are also nice but can be better.
