Hotel Nainas Palace

Dear all don’t book this hotel because very pathetic services . I have stay with my family in this hotel booked 2 double for 4adults and they have give me the bed for 3person .

Horrible experience. The staff is super slow, the ameneties were pathetic, Dirty kettle, Ac not working properly. The property is at the outskirts and very difficult to find the near by restaurants and local conveyance.

Food quality is not up to mark, food outsourcing from other places so it's time wasting activity. No amenities, room size is too short. The hotel is far away from the city so it is not approachable.

It was ok only service was not good they don’t have kitchen they provide the purchased food from the market we have room with break fast they provide 1 samosa and poha purchased from near by local market.

Excellent stay, very neat & clean rooms. Al amenities quality is excellent. Staff is cordial. Was upgraded to next level room.

Very good hotel, neat and clean cooperative staff.

Location of property is good. Accessible to all. Staff is well behaved and discipline. They are strictly maintaining the hygiene. I really appreciate the hotel management and staff. They are supportive and cooperative. As it's a new property so i am expecting that they will maintain the same in restaurant too as per their room stay services.

Good services and staff is good also. Ujjain best hotel. It's on main road. Staff guys very helpful
