I would give this hotel rating if possible. It’s not even worth, yet they charge like a premium property while delivering pathetic service. I understand it’s a newly opened hotel, but that is no excuse for such mismanagement.
I had already informed the hotel staff about my late check-in. Upon arrival, here’s what I experienced:
• Unclean Room: Toilet was dirty with stains. Bedsheets looked reused, as if taken out from the cupboard without washing.
• Unprofessional Check-In: The hotel owner was taking photos of my Aadhaar card, while an elderly man (possibly his father) was separately taking down my details. Very uncoordinated.
• Unhygienic Room Setup: There was a pair of slippers already in the room, which is unacceptable for a paying guest. When I asked the staff boy to remove them, he casually said, “It’s okay, you can keep them,” until I insisted.
• Repeated Aadhaar t: Around 10:22 PM, that same elderly man called me asking again for Aadhaar details via WhatsApp, even though his own staff had already taken a photo. Clearly, there’s zero communication between them.
• No AC Remote Provided: I mentioned this to the elderly man . He said the boy had gone for dinner and refused to send anyone else. Later, I found the boy was already back, but no one informed him. I had to go to the reception myself at around 11:45 PM.
• Continued Disturbance: Even late at night, they called again saying I sent only one side of Aadhaar, disturbing me after a long journey.

This hotel does not know how to treat guests and does not value them at all. Absolutely not recommended to anyone.
In morning 7 I go for mobile charging k find out light is gone and there is no board which support generator power ..rude tone of owner and find unwelcoming and find we don’t care attitude
