Hotal was good staff service are really supportive. It was a good experience there

Out side is not so clean. Parking facility is not available. Location is so messy

worst location. not suitable at all.. only good pictures of one side is given.not recommended at all.

Rooms are good but beside our room there was common toilet so their was a bad smell,nice experience, walking distance to mahakal temple,but no parking.we parked our vehicle at mahakal parking,pay and parked.

Had a great stay at Hotel Ganga Sagar! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and attentive. Service was quick, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

The stay was very homely and nice. They also helped us show lot of tourist spot in ujjain at a decent price. The reception was very polite and welcoming.All in all inwill recommend you to stay there.

Hotel was good and rooms are cleanness . And also staff are supportive . Room service is also good .

Hotel management had not provided any rooms when we reached there even after prior intimated them that we reached two hours later , hence we had separate arrangements for two double bed rooms next door of Ganga Sagar Hotel namely Hotel Banwari Palace, so it is our arged to refund full amount as I had paid.

House keeping not good, balenkent not clean, bathroom not clean everything is not ok.

Location was miserable. Hotel promises 6 min walk to mahakaleshwar temple. 6min walk is full of garbage all over. Severage lines and foul smell. 6min walk makes you reach at back side of temple, one has to walk very lonk distance to reach the entrance of the temple. Room service was ok ok. Tv was not working properly. Phone no. Available on mmt is not reachable. Which troubles you most. Because hotel is located at very interior place. Too much twists and turns. I don't recommend this hotel at all

The room was too small and stuffy for a three person family, there were no chairs to seat, no cupboard to keep things, tv was not working, electric plug points were non functional, towels were given only one. Overall it was very poor

Hello friends! staff gave me smaller & different one bedroom. When i was asked, it's not as per my room detail then he arranged the room. However i checked 3 hours later than my check-in hours and also confirmed from the hotel about my booking and requested to ready the room. At the time of check -in he didn't inform me that your room is not ready. Just offer me another. During my stay he is also charged for water and asking for check -out @ sharp 8 am. As i observed zero preference for mm t booking. Locality was not good & clean open sewage is flowing nearby. Room cleaning, washroom and staff behaviour is cerncing. Highly not recommended for booking. No wifi no reception phone water bottle is chargble no hot kattle. Basic amenities was missing.

Location very interior even auto driver could not locate it. No windows in room only 4 walls. Towels very dirty. Toilet ventilator opens into room. Staff is well mannered and work as per rules.

Blanket was dirty, washroom was too small and dirty. Bedsheets were bad smelling. Will not recommend to anyone for staying
