The Bed Settings Were Terrible No Cleaning, No Hygiene In Room The Room Was Smelling Badly Maybe The Hotel Admins Use These Rooms For Hourly Basis Stays, Not Suitable For Night Rest.

The room cleanliness is so poor unwashed blankets smells a lot is a big issue bathroom is not good water from tap is coming very slowly

Online double bed liya tha par single bed diya 5. baad mai jab double bed liya toh extra charge liya 6. No maintenance 7. Saari cheez ka extra charge liya jaa raha tha 8. Washroom mai pani nhi aata 9. Window se pani aandar room mai aata hai 10. Bed mai khatma Or cheetiya hai 11. Bathroom accessories ke naam par kuch nhi tha ek soap bhi nhi 12. Room. ke aas paas bauth smell aati hai 13. Ek street ke aandar hote hai wha koi khaneki suvidha nhi hai

really bad behaviour and they provide no service at all. no bedsheet, no pillow cover, no bucket and mug in the washroom. my friends came to meet me in day hour, they said they will charge for them also. 2 friends they were charging. after an argument they settled. this is first time i am facing. 2 friend using washroom in the hotel is chargeble, even they are not staying. wrost place. don't go any one.

I stayed with my family, we booked 2 rooms one ac and one non-ac for 2 days at 2nd floor. Rooms and toilets were clean. Place owner is nice and helpful. There are no lifts like most hotels in Ujjain, so if there are elderly you might want to look at rooms at lower floors. Location is accessible and near to junction. They do offer food as room service and there are some nice places to eat near by as well. Google maps doesn't correctly locate the place but it's just one street behind.

Location was good, food was ok but the services were really poor the only reason I had picked out the hotel was due to proximity to major locations but service was very poor and the rooms were dirty

Cleanness is very bad. Bathroom washbasin was dirty. TV was not working. I have booked 4 Bed Family Room but they offered me Two Bed room. On opposing I got Four Bed Family in the night after many reminders. AC was controlled at the reception. Once in the afternoon when the weather was too hot the AC was switched off by the receptionist. Only one 1ltr bottle water provided daily, rest we have to buy. No curtains on windows which attracts direct sunlight in the room. There was no one to pick our luggage while checking out. We have bring our luggage ourselves from third floor. Overall experience was terrible.

Room service was average. The price was not worth the hotel.

I would recommend this for a nice hassle free night stay. I'm happy with the rooms and amenities, eg, ac, geyser, tv were in good condition. Something I must mention is they took extra charges for AC, though it was included in the online booking details. Otherwise the owner and staffs were good and helpful. Room service was little time taking but food was good. The stair was a bit extra inclined than normal ones. And a bit of cleanliness issue was there but they changed bedsheets as soon as we informed.
