Ours was a short 1 night trip in Ujjain. Although we spent a couple of hours in the hotel, overall it was a good experience. We got a well maintained room with two large Beds and a very decent sized bathroom. Overall, a good experience and the folks at the reception were nice too. They followed up multiple times before checkin to plan our arrival. Will visit again!

The hotel is a small accomadatikn with actually very small sized rooms. The only advantage it serves is its very close to the temple, only a couple of minutes walk. But a lot of other accomadations which can be considered can also exist in the area. The washrooms are not smelly. The bedsheets are not clean. Okay for a small halt and go.

Dear Udit Tyagi, Our check-in time is 11:00 AM, but you arrived early in the morning around 6:00 AM when all our rooms were sold out. You specifically requested that we provide any available room just so you could rest, and we clearly informed you that the temporary room was smaller in size and would be changed once your booked room was cleaned. The room you stayed in was clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. If there had been any issue at that time, you could have informed our staff immediately — we would have resolved it right away. Also, we didn’t charge you the early check-in fee of ₹1000, which most hotels do. Instead, we accommodated you as a gesture of goodwill, so it would have been appreciated if you had acknowledged that rather than posting a misleading review. Thank you, Team Hotel Narmada Palace

I stayed at Hotel Narmada Palace during my visit to Ujjain for Mahakaleshwar Darshan, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive throughout my stay. They truly go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Another big plus is the location — the hotel is just a short walking distance from the Mahakaleshwar Temple, which makes it super convenient for darshan, especially early in the morning. very nice place to stay. It is near to mahakal temple. The rooms were clean and service was prompt. Only one con is there no lift in the building which and height of steps are too high due to which senior citizens would find difficult to climb.
