Review Of HOTEL KALPANA PALACE

Superb hotel to stay and breakfast were good. Even their travel desk is good and knowledgeable. Specially Moshin driver had arranged our darshan at Omkareshwar jyotirling smoothly at last moments. Hotel staff were helpful and supportive. It was my second visit and highly recommend. Hotel is near to Shree Mahakal Temple and near market. Had enjoyed stay with family.

Property location near Baba Mahakal, All service are good. Staff behaviour is good. Food is delicious.

Kalpana hotel room cleaning is worst. No proper ventilation. Reception staff and room serving staff are worst. Complementary breakfast is not at all good.hotel staff are rude.no laundry is not available but falsely mentioned in online about laundry.The hotel is suffocating and no air flow in common areas.Phone signals are not available at the rooms and no Wi-Fi for internet. TV not working. No prompt room service and stafff are very lazy and rude. They stolen one chole curry box from my food order and when I complained the same to the reception and staff, they didn’t answer. They didn’t clean the room and didn’t change the used duet and gave the room to us inspite of informing them prior that we have infant with us and there after repeated requests from us they changed the duet which was very filthy with lot of stains including blood and lipstick marks. No responsible service at the reception. They are feeling it’s free service.

Hospitality is good. Breakfast is good. Room service and cleaning is good. Facilities provided by hotel is good.

The location is good, but the stay was terrible. They rang the room bell in the middle of the night to give water which wasn’t asked for. Also poor check-in experience and the manager was outrageously rude. They have several hidden costs and make sure to pay upfront and get a clearance, else surprise at the checkout with additional charges.

Good place to stay if ur key agenda is around the Mahakal temple which indeed was amazing - road noise is a concern but the proximity to the temple makes it a choice. Overall clean place as expected in that area

The stay was excellent, the staffs were very cooperative and helpful ,and the taxi service and the Driver Amir Nagori the best taxi driver and his service was very good, the hospitality of the hotel was fabulous.

overall a stay, room service, staff is good and rooms were also nice only that it could have been more kids friendly

Stay was good, hotel is very near by Mahakal Lok and other important temples. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was neat and clear.

होटल सिर्फ मंदिर के पास हैं... बाकी कुछ खास नहीं हैं... hospitality zero हैं... as compare with the price... all animities are like tea, shaving kit are zero... not upto the mark... statff is polite but room service is very very slow... In breakfast only 4-5 options... bathroom is smelling, very small in size... 2000 ke rent वाले होटेल के bathroom वही इससे साफ और अच्छे होते हैं... AC swing काम नहीं करता... ऐसे बहुत से issue हैं

It was a comfortable stay. The staff was cooperative but the bedsheets were a bit stained

Stay was good, but they did not give tea kit or extra bottles. Given the room charges are on the higher side , the hotel should not charge extra for these.
