The hotel is neat and clean. the staff of this hotel is so good and supporting.............. if you want a good experience than come here ..

Pungent Smell in the room. Poor hospitality by Manager. However Staff behaviour was good. Room smell like Bathroom throughout the stay.

Clean & good staff . Location is also in town, I have stayed 2 nights & well feel. Market and transportation is also smoothly available as this property is just opposite side of Ujjain railway station. Lord Mahakal temple is also just within 1 kms. Hence, I would like to say this hotel is very much convenient and tariff is also under budget

Location is near railway station . Room is average very small . cleaning in very poor . average amenities even drinking water is charaable. bedsheet and balket cleaning is urgent require.

Unhygienic hotel, used bedsheets with oil spots... Washroom was stinking, no room service, asked washroom to clean but no response... No single water bottle in room

staff behaviour not good room service is very poor room not clean There were mosquitoes in the room

wash room window transparent , wash basin damaged, AC power switched off for 10 hours by management . Proper room not given as i selected online. bed sheet dirty. room was not changed by hotel staff even after i told him to change.

everything is okay ….food is not provided by hotel… room service is little bit slow… room quality is good

Booked a room for one day for two persons for 01 day and we were 03 persons including daughter. On request the Manager has upgraded our room to bigger one. They are very co-operative with guest. The rooms are very good in this budget range.

No exhaust fan in washroom. No proper management. Bit overpriced. Cheap towel were provided. Poorly managed.

Location is excellent exact opposite side of Ujjain Railway station. Room Interior & Cleanness - excellent only, but room wardrobe not available. Hotel staff is also good

It was pleasant. Staffs were cooperative. Location is also good infront of junctions. We booked it through make my trip and it was very smooth.

Over rated and over charged hotel,though it is new but there is no such feel.No packed water ,they will provide in jug.Not provided toiletries and towel.

The location is exactly opposite of the railway station. No In-House Restaurant. Rooms were very small compared to money which was charged

toilet was very very small, it was very difficult to use. I have never seen such a small wash basin in my life. drainage was almost chocked.

Good neat and clean hotel very near to railway station and temple.stayed with family.Restaurants are nearby. excellent rating on food,stay,location,Property , facilities etc.

it's worth money to stay in hotel, staff is good and polite behavior amenities and service is up to the mark....
