Its location is near the temple but its service quality is pathetic. Room quality is below average

It was overall a wonderful experience in Hotel Neelkanth..Rooms were spacious and management takes very good care on hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms

Overall Excellent Stay.♥️. Very near to Mahakal Temple. Restorant's food is nice and homely and staff is very cordial. Staff of Neelkanth Hotel is very helpful. 24 hour service available.

Rooms need to be clean and tidy before occupancy....staff was supportive...nearer to most of the places to visit in ujjain...easy for conveyance...little overpriced for the quality of room and Service....other good hotels are available at this price

No cleaning in the room. There was a rat and the cockroach in the room. They also charged for water bottles, even water bottles are basic amenities. One thing is good, tea was good. Staff were also polite.

There are no parking spots available, and they fail to accommodate drivers. The hotel is situated in a busy area. But definitely the rooms were clean.akso restaurant food was delicious.

I had a very good experience at Hotel Nilkanth. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe, the staff were friendly and provided good service. This hotel is located around 1 km from Mahakal temple and other prime locations.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff and Reception manager was polite and nice. Food was excellent. Location is near the mandir.

Cleanliness not very great!

The location is excellent, very close to the mandir and mandir corridor. However, they need to improve on the room service.
