The hotel is located near the railway station (walking distance) and have all sort of shops nearby. The rooms are not well maintained, bedsheets and blankets were dirty.

Property is very easily locatable. Its very near to ujjain junction You don't even need an auto just walk in from railway.rooms were small but good according to price . The staff is good but the only issue is they don't have their own kitchen.

No elevator is available for 5th floor, My 78 year father had to forcibly climb the stairs. TV is not working, no geyser is available in anynof the rooms. No water kettle is available, No towel is available, they are saying we dont have towels. Forget about Iron, they don't have proper table inside the room. Water from AC was leaking. Most pathetic hotel in my entire travel history. I am not happy with this booking, neither with this hotel. most terreble staff, they are false claiming about amenities, they dont have anything No elevator is available for 5th floor,
