Review Of Hotel Greenland

We are staying with family and one of waiters started staring at ladies with disrespectful manner plus they are so irritating that they used to switch off geysers from switches which are outside of the room also disconnected night lamp. Always nagging to switch of lights geysers even when we are inside the room. They are never available at reception if you need anything they will not arrange that. We requested for drinking water they are saying like lets See. And for two days stay only gave one jug of water per room. and when we complained manager that none is available at reception they said it is not mandatory to stay at reception. No room service available at all plus so rude behavior of staffs.

Should remove this hotel. Staff behavior was very rude. Its manager was so arrogant. They won't provide us towel, electric kettle for hot drinking water, mattress was too cheap, so hard, not soft, even no cleanliness in bathroom. Rooms were too small. Only one charging point is there. And if you will use heater then no charging point is there. They took extra amount for room heater and they gave heater only from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. I booked many hotels, but no other hotels has such type of policies. It was too cold over there, such a terrible hotel. Please don't go there, it's not enough they off the geyser switch from outside around 9 pm. So if you want hot water in bathroom it won't come. Terrible really. Even if we blow bell, no one was there to attend you. They will come after half an hour with saying why did you ring the bell? Very bad. Don't go to this hotel.
