Review Of Hotel Green View, Agra

Cooperative staff I reached at 9am they allowed check in although check in time was at 11am. Stay was comfortable Food was also available around 250 metres from hotel

Location is Ok but amenities and Services not Good. Wasroom is Dirty and Bad Smell. Room is Not Clean and Look like Under Construction Lift not Working. Over All Poor Experience with Green View Hotel. and in Morning wait for Breakfast for 1:30 Hour. Food is ok there is need to improve amenities and Services

1- the location was in forest it was like the garbage & trash store, difficult to find, it was out of city. 2- the staff behaviour was so rude, angry and shouted on me( when i shared about room's smell, did not use a single a word which can show a good behaviour, i felt disrespected. 3- the rooms were smelling very bad, i felt suffocated, could not survive for a min because of smell & bad behaviour of staff. Note: i would suggest nobody should visit there. For mm t- correct information regarding the hotel( especially location)could have been provided. Because of this instead of half an hour we wasted our 5 hours to find a new hotel and it was quite difficult in an unknown place.

Very good stay. Fast checkin not delay. Staff is good. Overall nice stay. Little hard to reach the site.

Unhygienic washroom tv channel having not any subscription to watch channels, i have change 3 times a room to got at least a somehow managed and adjusted room

The hotel is good. Food is average, there was lot of dust on the room floor. Hygiene in the room could be better. Half things from the menu were not available when i wanted to order dinner

Overall the stay was quite comfortable because of the property owner. We booked through mm t but when we reached there the hotel was fully booked so the property owner manage rooms in another hotel and the hotel turned out good

This hotel located middle of no where, hard to get in there by taxi or auto riksha, you have to rely on gps coordinates. Hard for uber or ola, took help from hotel staff for booking car with higher price. I don't recommend this hotel unless you have your own transportation. Food is not bad but they are new, restaurant pretty much empty, you need to give them instruction many times. I would give 2/5 rating that too for new premises and management seems eager to develop their business.
