cleaning was good but missing a few things which should be basic things shower gel , handwash gel and disk tv and internet password not working. and charging the minerals water. in back up taking longer time as usual which should be improved in such resorts.

Hotel owner's behaviour was pathetic & extremely rude. Though it was a pre paid booking, but still they asked to pay for the room service orders even before one day from the day of checkout. They started fighting for that when I said that I will pay rest of the amount for the room service orders at the checkout tomorrow, but they forced us to pay then & there when I came in from somewhere with some baggage in my hand & kid was crying. Moreover, they gave the worst & dirtiest room ever, it was full of spider webs & a dead lizard. Then they showed us another two rooms which also had other issues such as dirtiness, alot of dust on the tables and the windows & damped walls. Bathoom & toilet seat was extremely dirty. No cleanliness at all. We had to request so many things to get it changed or replaced. We had to struggle alot even for the basic things in the room. Bucket & mug were dirty. Leakage in the AC. Door bell was not working. Washbasin drainage pipe was leaked. I also saw a difference in their behaviour when giving room to their knowns & when giving room to the guests who came in with prepaid bookings. They gave a good & bigger room to their known guest. And it was much better than the other rooms that they showed us. Overall it was a pathetic experience for us. I strongly suggest NOT to book this hotel EVER EVER EVER. BIG NO.

Location is ok but bad experience of stay. Not at all comfortable. Washroom were not clean and no running hot water considering the cold weather. Only for those who are low on budget and ready to compromise with convenience of hotel stay.

Only had problem with cleanness of bedsheets and blanket. Otherwise. Comfortable stay with cooperative staff. Kitchen was not in function. Thus only had tea & water which they charged costly.
