Fully satisfied booking through make my trip, and location is nice, food is very good quality also the stuff behaviour is very good. Thanks for everyone.

It is located in prime location rooms were good service was good very near to market walkable distance.

Too noisy, very difficult to sleep at night due to outside constant noise

The stay at hotel gateway was really good and i loved the stay. Hotel is in the heart of police bazar, shillong and very easy to locate.

Average service. room rates are more. Rooms are not so good. Didn’t loke the fooding too

Room is not fresh, electric connection is not working, tv are outdated, staff are good.

First there was not tv channels available, even i asked for the recharge they told it will be done shortly after an hour follow up they said directly this will not possible today. Second thing is brekfast is cheap grade and not provided in restaurant it is given in the room only puri sabji.

Very poor management and third class hotel as per rate. Complementary breakfast and seating arrangement/buffe is very poor. Hotel is looting customer day light through third agency. Very bad experience.

Bad food quality. Cockroach served in the morning breakfast. When we approached the hotel staff, their response was even worse - "kabhi kabhi ho jaata hai aisa. With that much casual attitude of the people running the hotel, why and how could anybody trust them. Very awful hospitality. Would never recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Very nice staff, we reached at 2 am in night and still staff helped with checkin, it was too cold and they gave room heater. Overall a pleasant experience.

The property was awesome with grit services n food. Staff of hotel is very much helpful. Hotel was clean and great ambience

The hotel lobby and common areas were really good. However, the rooms could do with some improvement as the windows were a bit dirty and the mini-fridge door was quite rusty. The food was really good though and they were kind enough to do room service late at night.

Good facilities with nice behaviour of staff. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast during my three days stay.

Room looks old, especially bathrooms. They need renovation. No lift and they've damaged our luggage while carrying to our room via stairs. Food is pretty average.

Property centrally located in k eating road, which is a one way road towards police bazaar. Old property, but well maintained. Breakfast options were limited. Overall good stay.

Location wise is the good hotel. Very near to police bazar. Staff and manager very positive attitude. Recomended.
