    The staff at the front desk were pathetic.... doesn't have the basic Idea of the hospitality sector. They were hell bent on milking out some amount from the guest at the time of check out. I will think twice before I book a room in that hotel in future.

    Location is very good, it's in center of the city and easily approachable, services are good and food is outstanding specialy for kids and lots of option in breakfast, staffs are well behaved and room service is good, rooms are big enough to accommodate a family with two children, it's clean and well equipped, washroom also maintained well

    My stay was quite disappointing. There was enormous noise from ongoing work throughout the night, which made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, the property seems quite old and not well maintained. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope such issues are addressed for future guests. After all this, it also feels that the rates are overcharged for the kind of facilities and comfort provided.

    Terrible Hotel at the heart of GS Roa

    this hotel has rats inside the ac vents. the rats keep moving throughout the night creating a lot of noise. I could not sleep. shared this with the lady at the reception during check out. she did not even say she will check or look into it. extremely shabby, old rooms, and the staff is unenthusiastic. no hot water in the bathroom too. stay at your own risk.

    The front office/reception behaviour was very unprofessional,he enquired over the phone if any guest was staying with me at about 11.30 pm , which I replied that there was nobody.He demanded that I should pay an extra amount of 1200 into his gpay account which I refused.Thwn he barged into both the rooms alon with the security saying he has proof that there was a guest but when they came and checked the rooms found nobody so he went without even apologising.I am shocked how a hospitality service can act in such a way.Video clip is available

    Location was easily accessible and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. Here, I must say, being a 3-star hotel, the rooms are not upto the mark. I stayed with my friend for two days. We had to change the room for the next day as the first day room was very congested and no space to even roam about. The rooms do not have ceiling fans (major drawback). The bathrooms didn't have any buckets or mugs. The food from the restaurant we ordered was not at all good. The charges for the food from the hotel's restaurant were sky high. After checking out, I had a query for which I called the hotel management and they directed my call to their house-keeping staff, and the behaviour of the staff member was very rude. I would not recommend this hotel for overnight stay to anyone and even I would not visit in the near future!!!
