Overall a pleasant stay. Star points for the humble welcoming staff, room services, good food quality, especially the room ambience, size, brightness. Would like to visit again! Only add-on suggestion would be attached bathing accessories for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Good Hotel ...... Food is also good. Room fit and finish might feel little dull due to choice of colours and materials used and am sure they will revamp as and when needed.. Over all good experience.

Property was good & clean. But the Buffet breakfast is too expensive compared to the spread offered. Moreover, the reception staff is too rude & non-cooperative. Rather than helping guest to sort out issues they are more focused on hotel policies which is baseless somewhat.

The air-conditioner in one of the rooms did not work so my colleague who was to stay in that room had to find an altnernate accommodation elsewhere.

Staff service is expotional, room size and comfort is good, breakfast is excellent I recommend to my friends always

No hot water was available, have called and informed everyday, but nothing had happened. Rest other services are good.
