The wall are discoloured. The bathroom condition is pathetic.

Nice behaviour with travellers and good quality food provided in room with affordable price. Room was clean.

There were small small cockroaches on the bed☺️☺️ maybe because its cheap or other reason but I truly don’t recommend this hotel the pillow covered smelled too and there was so many stains on bedsheets too..

we had a 1 day stay here in a non-ac room. the room was so small there was no walking space around the bed. Further the room was not dusted and washroom wasn't clean either. The room they gave us didn't have a lock key, and they insisted that they have cctv and there will be no security issue. We complained and then they shifted us to another room. This room had a broken toilet. The receptionist was polite, but the hotel is absolutely not recommended.

The receptionist was the best there, she was super friendly and the food was affordable and also tasted really good and let's not forget about the food quantity, it was on another level. I really enjoyed staying there

don't recommend this kind of hotel.worst experience of my life. There's a male staff who was repeatedly using slang language in front of customers (me) , he was using slang language on me as i asked him to return my I'd after cheak out. even he was in drunken state when I was doing check in to that hotel.This place is not safe for girls. In our country we worship guest as God,but this hotel proved it wrong. moreover, this male staff charged extra 1200/- from me inspite of providing the amount before while booking it in Make my Trip. I was in hurry during cheak out time,so i did not say anything, didn't even argued with this goon male staff . Even manager of this hotel was unable to control this man,he was repeatedly using slang on me. I left my I'd at hotel and returned my home state. I asked them to do DTDC and send me the id to my address,but that make staff were using slang language and said he won't give my I'd back.,and I've too pay him extra. without doing DTDC he said ,he already did it and were asking money from me. over experience was so terrible in this hotel, really it was total night mare for me. and I've all proof against that male staff,i could do police complain still re thinking about his future who did to the worst possible behaviour.

Overall stay was good, cleanliness was average, the people working in the reception area are good and other staff are just okay

Room was standard quality not too much high quality. Did not offer any house hold services not any bathing towels soap room refresher etc these were all basic things which is offered in this price

the hotel was horrible. water was leaking from the ac. the bathroom was full of bird's nests. later they changed the room. their window was broken, the mug was broken and even the bathroom window was broken.

Great location and the customer service was good and available 24/7. But room was not so good according to the price.

My stay at Hotel Knight Inn was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, which added to the overall positive experience. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, with a good variety of options to choose from. The dining area was clean and comfortable, enhancing the overall meal experience. One of the best things about the hotel was the high standard of hygiene and cleanliness maintained throughout the property. The surroundings felt very safe, and the ambiance was peaceful, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. I truly have no complaints and would highly recommend Hotel Knight Inn to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. I look forward to coming back again in the future. vey dirty rooms no electricity supply at night frequent cuts all over spits of gutka in wall and traces of feet stump over the wall . they can even use generator at night they said generator battery us dead . my booking was from 14 to 16 but I left on 15 I asked fr refund hey denied . my suggestion is to disable this hotel id plz

Due to location I have to choose this hotel as it was nearer to the examination centre. twice in ocassion I had choose the hotel, but in both the booking they show me only two rooms. you have to choose any one either of the two , inspite of many vacant room in the Hotel. out of the two rooms, one room is very much congested, only bed can accommodate, no space to walk, and Comode flash is broken in both the rooms. I have visited three months back to this hotel. from then onwards till date comode flash is not repaired. It seems that they don't like the customer who comes through booking by Make my trip.

only fast food are not good and the thale food are great,good environment of hotel and worker, the washroom are not that great it's broken the toilet shell and it's old they need to change the thing.
