We had a decent overall experience, but a few issues really affected our stay.
First, the key card provided to us was apparently expired. After stepping out and locking the room, we returned only to find ourselves locked out. We spent over 10 minutes trying to unlock the door with no success. I had to contact the hotel through their website and also call them directly. Thankfully, someone was eventually sent to help, and they opened the door. We were then told the card had expired, which was frustrating and avoidable and also I asked for another card which they said they would give us but they didn’t give any update after that therefore privacy is literally 0 anyone can come and open our door.
Second, the food menu could definitely use improvement. It was quite limited adding more variety and especially some snack options would make a big difference.
Lastly, while the ambience was nice and the overall environment was enjoyable.
That said, with a few improvements in service, key handling, and food options, this place could offer a much better experience.
