I stayed at Hotel Dream Palace Residency from 14th September to 19th September, and my overall experience was excellent. The hotel maintains a very clean and comfortable environment. My room was spotless, well-arranged, and properly maintained throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything neat. The staff here deserves special appreciation. Everyone I interacted with was polite, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professional yet friendly behavior made the stay much more pleasant. Service is one of the strongest points of this hotel. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or general assistance, everything was provided quickly without unnecessary delays. I never had to ask twice for anything. Location-wise, it is very convenient. Situated in Kurla, near Kalpana Theatre, it’s accessible and easy to find. Overall, I had a comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel Dream Palace Residency to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed hotel with excellent staff support and quick services. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I visited this hotel a day prior to my visa interview the receptionist Pankaj and Amir was very kind and humble enough to receive the guest.food and hospitality were equally amazing . Great people and had an awesome stay must recommend.

he hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff (specially Aamir and Pankaj) are very helpful and friendly. Location is close to US Consulate, airport and malls. Good comfort and value for money on a budget. Perfect for business trips and family stay.

Good Stay
The room is fine, sufficiently big room for small stay. Service is good, always ready to serve on time. Air conditioned works fine, washroom is also fine sometime flush didn`t work though.

Smoking smell everywhere in the hotels.
I went into the hotel and came out of it after 10 minutes as it was full of smoking smell. Everywhere in every room they were ash trays and in the corridor it was written no smoking zone which is strange.

Hotel is safe to stay with your family.
I had visa appointment at us consulate. Hotel location is near to consulate. You will get auto easily which is ten minutes drive. Rooms are well maintained and staff is very good. Good value for your money.

Very small rooms for such price. I had opted for breakfast and all they gave me was 3 slices of bread and butter with a cup of coffee! Not tidy. Was feeling itchy after i slept on the bed

BAD Experience
cleanliness was BAD Breakfast was booked but I had to BEG for it & they gave it to me as though like a sacrifice. Hotel Name was NOT coming Approaching this Hotel from Mumbai T2 was HORRIBLE amidst Terrible Traffic ... 9kms took 1 and half hours.
