location of hotel is very good and very close to City Centre Mall. The Rooms are very good except for the toilet doors and odour..The food quality at the restaurant is of good quality and taste.. Supportive staff

one of the worst experience
the bed shown in photos are not available, the mini bar /fridge was missing , service level is so low that if yiu ask for water you will not get in 1 hour time

Excellent Stay
It was an excellent stay, service was good, staff were co-operative. The location and other facilities are nice. The most important food was very nice.

Terrible Stay
Their rooms are worst and smelling toilets ,I changed my room at night 11 pm ,but that new rooms is comparably less bad smelling washroom.Food quality and quantity is the worst.They served me mutton biryani but given a little liver and a very very small piece...no taste at all ..worst hotel in every aspects

horrible stay
Small room horrible bathroom insects in room . No hot water no tv functioning. The food was ok. Location is good but rest everything abt hotel is horrible

Reasonable
I used to stay in this property whenever I visited Apollo hospital so the location is perfect. The food is awesome, the property price is reasonable and the staff are good. The only problem was the door lock was not good. Once I come out of the room and close the door, then I have to call the staff to open the door.

Recommended hotel ,๐๐๐๐๐๐
The location was very convenient for our work and travel, the hotel staff and reception were very well mannered, rooms were clean and maintained very well, toilets were clean. The price of the rooms were little high according to the space, but above all this hotel is well recommended. And it's one of my favourite in the city now. And will keep booking the next time I come visit Guwahati again. And the breakfast were served hot ๐๐๐๐ i would rate 4.6 out of 5. Thank you

Average and Affordable
The best part is that the Hotel is at Prime location near to the City Centre and Apollo Hospital. The staff are also good. The Rooms are ok. Small but it is ok as per price. Food is also Ok. But it can be better. The only problem is Room Amenities like AC and Bathroom Taps and Showers. The AC is very old and not working properly. We booked 2 rooms and both the Rooms AC was not working properly. Similarly, the Water Taps and Showers were not working properly. We had to call and get him repaired, which he did only temporarily so that we can manage it somehow before checkout.

Poor Stay
Room furniture were worn out. Bathroom sink was open. Just because we didn't ordered food from hotel, we were not even provided with a proper spoon. Awkward

Location is good, the food and amenities and services are average but the hotel check in policy is very disappointing. their is no early check in allow . they insist to pay 1000 to early check-in.

I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel... very bad experience! AC was not working well ... and water was dripping from AC and it flooded the whole room... very unresponsive front desk manager !

Ambience is too good. Room is clean and hygiene. Only Room service is delaye. TheyA have take a long time for room service. I was order a water bottle, they take 20 minutes time to give.

Terrible, Terrible stay
Smallest room i hv seen in name of Deluxe room, worst room service,smelly rooms and cringy washrooms. We were shifted to bigger room with two selected beds.there also washroom was dirty.Worst stay ever of my life.
