I had an average experience staying at RJB Grand. The hotel offered basic facilities and a comfortable stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The rooms were decent and fairly clean, though not exceptionally maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, but the service could have been a bit quicker and more attentive. Food options were okay — neither bad nor outstanding. Overall, it’s a reasonable choice for a short stay or for someone looking for a budget-friendly option, but I wouldn’t call it exceptional. With a few improvements in cleanliness, service quality, and amenities, it could offer a much better experience.

Not good so far . Rooms are very old . Required renovations. Wash room also very small. Service wise ok ok .

Too far from city centre, although it’s near from airport… food was fine, the stuffs were friendly, the only problem is the ac not working properly and also there was no room service even though i stay for 2 days

Good hotel for a short stay of day or two. Clean and AC rooms at good rate. Nearby is Brahmaputra River also, which is a good viewpoint.

most rubbish. minus five star, dirty, too far from city, rascal people. thirdcgrade breakfast. in no words for worst services. even bread butter for breakfast purchased by us. must be feleted from mmt value property without skipping single moment. if someone offered me free of cost, I can't stay.

Overall stay was good, keep growing 💪 would love to visit again soon! Food was really tasty, room service was quick, staff were very polite and all the necessary items were provided in the room.

Good location and room is very good just visited in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

The hotel interior seems very dark and the lights in the outdoor is also minimal. The food was good. The hotel should work on its appearance. Initially when we reached hotel in the evening around 7 pm, then there was no proper lighting in the outdoor and the colors of walls were also very old fashion. Initially we didn't feel safe/comfortable there. But after noticing that some more families with ladies and children are there then we felt comfortable.
