Dirty room. Location not traceable. Not at all good dirty washroom no water bottle allowed in room

Many times complaints from hotel staff but there is no issue resolved on the date. AC compressor is not working properly. Hygiene areas are totally the worst. there are no efforts from hotel staff. I have suffered many issues as above. No familiar behaviour from the hotel side.

The room was not the same while booking. It was a small room and not the family deluxe room. The hotel also did i not had any intimation regarding the booking and it was a hassle in checking in
