cleaning is very poor. AC not working at the time of load shedding. I booked AC room and ac was not working. Hotel person told that at the time of power cutting AC will not work. Very small room size. Washroom was dirty. Bedsheet was very dirty .

Baht hi bekar experience tha iss hotel. Bistar dirty tha bedsheet dirty the. No towel, no hot water. Very difficult to find.

I booked an ac room for my parents, but when my parents reached there, they said they are fully booked and said they can cancel booking and look for another hotel. On requesting, they gave one non ac room, with poor facility. There was no bed and a cot was given.

Though the staff was polite and location was good, the rooms were unclean and unhygienic. Room cleaning was also not done. Kitchen was not functioning and the food and tea were brought from outside when possible. The hotel is on second floor, so climbing stairs was also a task. There is no parking space either, the car had to be parked at odd places through the day and in front of the hotel at night.
