I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with all essential amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room exceptionally well throughout my stay. The staff stood out with their warm hospitality, quick service, and genuine willingness to assist. The in-house dining options were good, and breakfast had a nice variety. The location is convenient, and the ambience of the hotel is calm and relaxing. Overall, it provided excellent value and a comfortable, memorable stay.

terrible food quality bathroom curtain holders were rusted no extra socket to use despite booking a club suite... in breakfast...chicken sausage was not good ordered dosa...but it was made in so much oil...

The Gargee Grand enjoys a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Patna railway station. The lobby is impressive, and when I checked in a day before Diwali, it was beautifully decorated for the festival, adding a warm and festive charm. The room offered a nice view and came with good amenities, although the in-room snacks were chargeable. However, the final bill included multiple cesses and taxes, making it feel a bit overpriced for the value received. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was decent, though not exceptional. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, comfortable and well-located, but not quite a great deal for the price.

Hotel with great facilities near airport.

Really nice hotel with lots of cozy hospitality and positive vibes. The food is excellent... both taste wise and in freshness. wonderful in fact. in the heart of the city. and with so many events happening in the banquet and other halls its not at all noisy but warmly eventful.

The ambience was quite good, rooms were clean and the stay was comfortable. Staff behaviour is good. The breakfast and hotel atmosphere is very awesome. I really like the stay in gargee grand.

Room was small, actually the whole property feels congested. My recent stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing. The bathroom was in deplorable condition, with pervasive mildew in the shower and unmistakable signs that it had not been properly cleaned between guests. My room was unfortunately situated adjacent to the housekeeping staff area, subjecting me to incessant loud conversations, blaring television noise, and relentless commotion throughout the night, making restful sleep impossible. The advertised Wi-Fi was completely nonfunctional, and the in-room phone was utterly useless. On the second day, breakfast was inexplicably withheld, and when I sought assistance from the front desk, I was met with blatant rudeness or outright indifference. The staff’s dismissive and unwelcoming attitude left me feeling both uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, this was unequivocally one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever endured. I strongly urge future travelers to steer clear of this property—it is outrageously overpriced given the abysmal quality of service and accommodations offered.

Really tiny room and really small washroom. The room had no place to keep a suitcase during the stay. The service was courteous and prompt. Room was well appointed.
