My stay at Gargee Grand Hotel was a wonderful experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were genuinely courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring restful sleep. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good mix of local and continental dishes. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, yet it remained peaceful inside. Housekeeping was prompt, and amenities like free Wi-Fi and room service were reliable. Overall, Gargee Grand provided excellent value for money. I would gladly recommend it to friends and family.

My recent stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing. The bathroom was in deplorable condition, with pervasive mildew in the shower and unmistakable signs that it had not been properly cleaned between guests. My room was unfortunately situated adjacent to the housekeeping staff area, subjecting me to incessant loud conversations, blaring television noise, and relentless commotion throughout the night, making restful sleep impossible. The advertised Wi-Fi was completely nonfunctional, and the in-room phone was utterly useless. On the second day, breakfast was inexplicably withheld, and when I sought assistance from the front desk, I was met with blatant rudeness or outright indifference. The staff’s dismissive and unwelcoming attitude left me feeling both uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, this was unequivocally one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever endured. I strongly urge future travelers to steer clear of this property—it is outrageously overpriced given the abysmal quality of service and accommodations offered.

Really tiny room and really small washroom. The room had no place to keep a suitcase during the stay. The service was courteous and prompt. Room was well appointed.

Ac was not working in night. I was literally sweating.They provided me noisy stand fan. I could sleep in night.

They claimed it was a premium business room and the floor marble was broken Washroom hand wash bottle was broken Shower gel container was broken

I won't say a bad experience but not great either, the place is good but the rooms for the price they charge are really poor. Not maintained at all, broken kettle, no windows, wall tiles falling off not a great sight to see when you pay premium. They don't have their own parking, they park on the road. Staffs are really polite and well mannered no complaints about them. Good food and the location is in the main market so you have access to everything.

Horrible welcome drink.. it was expired and turned sour as it was made in morning and served in evening to me. Room has local packed water bottle after 1 lit. The staff is not well behaved, on opting for buffet dinner I categorically asked and informed my room number .. but there were 4 staffs at regular intervals asking for room no at every order .. pathetic team behaviour .. not at all corpora ate standard stay

Ac on 5th floor was not working. Poor ventilation as there is no way for fresh air food was excellent as always

Room was Good neat and clean but food arrangements are so poor . The hotel guest can’t do dinner in restaurants and we have order the food in room only
