Unsafe Experience & Threatened by Hotel Manager – I Do Not Recommend Hotel Patluputra Exotica I had a terrifying experience during my stay at Hotel Patluputra Exotica. Despite securely locking my room, someone attempted to forcibly enter at midnight—a clear and alarming security breach. I was so frightened that the police had to be called to resolve the situation. What shocked me even more was the behavior of the hotel manager, Mr. Abhishek Singh. Instead of addressing my safety, he responded aggressively and even threatened to physically assault me when I raised valid concerns. This is completely unacceptable and an appalling display of unprofessional conduct. Guests deserve a safe environment and respectful treatment. Sadly, Patluputra Exotica failed on both counts. I strongly urge the hotel’s upper management to take immediate action—both to strengthen security protocols and to address the conduct of Mr. Singh. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay here at your own risk.

The hotel rooms were okay. The bed sheets were smelly. The only thing good about the room was the bathroom which was neat and clean.

The staff is very courteous, and the food quality is excellent, offering a wide variety of options at breakfast.

Overall the front desk staff was very helpful along with Manager Mr. Abhishek, Ms. Naaz and Ms.Anamika. also Mr. Anirban was very helpful and welcoming.

Booked a suite room. AC was not working. Wash room is also very dirty. No exhaust in bathrooms. After repeated complaints and requests to fix AC it was not attended. Finally I had to leave the room and hotel and went to another hotel in the evening. Very pathetic experience.
