Hotel Virasat Retreat

Very badly kept room with insects like centipedes and millipedes roaming in the room with stinking bed sheets and humid room with no generator facility with very oily breakfast.

The hotel is nice. Neat and clean. Rooms are also comfortable. The best part is that it's location. It's located just in front of the hospital medanta.

Hotel is at good location near Medanta Hospital, Kankarbag, Patna which is advantageous point. Hotel is converted from Residential property and hence very much congested. Staircase, Varanda, walkway etc are very much congested. Food quality was good. Services are poor. But it's manager was good in all respect. With the above, price band of hotel is at higher side and not justify to value for money.

The property is not at all clean with no proper staff. It is just doing business because of its proximity to the Medanta Hospital.

Booked this hotel as it is near to medanta hospital 200 meters, where we have an appointment. The stay was good as expected at this budget. Ac was functional, toilet and bedding was average. Room service was very good.

Worst experience ever

I have booked my hotel with complementary breakfast but they denied and not provide us free breakfast they charged for breakfast, room is not clean, only one towel is provided, no any slippers, dustbin. Bred is also not clean as per make my trip standard.

The owner is very rude, he always talk about money and point out every single thing. Food is even worst on the rooftop. Very bad experience. Room is terrible, rats, cockroaches and dirty

Extra 600 rupees charged per night for giving adjacent room otherwise 1 room in ground floor while another room on 3rd floor. I have no option so i paid

Staying in virast hotel in bihar near vedanta hospital. Nice location. Rooms was very clean and neat. Staff was very careful

I stayed at this hotel due to it's location. It is just opposite to medanta hospital & i had some official work at medanta. Average room with limited facilities. Food prices of their in-house restaurant are costly. Family owned hotel which lacks in professional hospitality indices. Nothing worthy for special mention.

I booked a super deluxe room from 27-2 dc but when i reached the hotel they said sorry sir no room available and arranged a room of their owners house and after that on 29 th they gave me the room. There were lots of cockroaches from bed to almirah everywhere. The person said for my adjustment they offer 200 rs discount.

Hi i am not stayed in the hotel virasat, firstly remove the name hotel as it is a function hall and they are allocated rooms. Bad behaviour and no lift. Rooms were dirty not worth for money and worst response

Had a good stay. Staffs are really good

Room was not good. Food items were too expensive. Stay was at all comfortable. Hotel has no parking place also.

Food service was not upto the mark, you have to go to the downstairs to the cafe and order there personally, there is no phone in rooms.

Location is opposite to medanta entry. Food quality was awesome. Staff was cooperative

This hotel cum guest house is centrally located in Kankarbagh just opposite to Medanta hospital. very convenient for those travelling for treatment to Medanta. ++ Amazing tea.

Hotel is well located just in front of medanta hospital gate. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is very responsive and helping. It ha in room service. There is very nice cafe which is full with young crowd. Best part was roof top garden restaurant. Rooftop z botanical restaurant. Overall had a very nice experience
