Untrained staff. No knowledge about hotel policy & system

Rooms are very small, they took money for a large room but provided a single bed room since I was staying single. The mattress had stains and dirty. No hot water for drinking in hotel, not even provided from kitchen and no electric kettle provided. my parents had medical condition and required hot wire for medicine but they did not provided even after asking multiple times in evening and as well as morning. management said if you want facilities u should have booked deluxe room. restaurant is worst. hotel doesn't justify 50% of its rate. The conclusion is terrible stay.

Staff behaviour good. Room neat and clean, no comb provided by hotel.

Really very bad experience, will never book hotel I believe u are not aware that i checked out at 12 pm. Very small room as like kitchen washroom is mouse house. No clean towel, no dental kitchen ir saving kit, no complementary tea. Tv cable is not recharged and wifi not working. Staff is not educated how to give the service to customer. Bed is broken up in meddle and at the time of sleeping, i was feeling

Special thali is too bad. No. In washroom no shampoo, no comb, no tv remote, and no telephone available

Laocation - Very Good Infra - Good (in non AC, you may feel a little blocked, ultile you open door for a while to get some fresh air). Balcony / terrance- Best part. Cleaning - Very Good ( Rooms and washroom are really Cleaned and hygiene) Reception - Very good behavior. Hospitality- Good ( Except for drinking water 😅. You have to remind them to provide normal water not purchased one, else you want to pay extra). Over all its good and suggestable in that budget and location.
