**My Stay at The Royal Bihar – Review** I had a pleasant stay at *The Royal Bihar* and would rate it **4 out of 5**. The hotel is conveniently located approximately **750–800 meters from the AIIMS Patna gate**, making it easily accessible. The **room size was average**, but the **bed was comfortable**, and the **tablet chair and cutlery were of good quality**. I faced some difficulty operating the **television**, and the **room service was slightly slow**, possibly due to high occupancy — there were around **50–100 interns** staying at the time of my arrival, which made the property feel quite **crowded**. The **dining hall and restaurant** were well-maintained, and the **food was good**, especially the **buffet breakfast**. However, the **air conditioning in the corridor was not functioning**, which was a bit uncomfortable. The **reception staff was courteous**, with a special mention for **Salma**, who was particularly helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a **good experience**, though there is definitely **room for improvement** in service efficiency and facility maintenance.

We requested to change the booking from 22nd March to 23rd March. which was promised it's done, we got your confirmation mail too. but later when checked with Hotel, they denied about the same. Lifts are not working. There was no hot water for 1 hr when i contacted housekeeping didn’t answer and when they answer they offered me a bucket of water from the kitchen.
