Staying with Taj City Centre is an experience replete with warmth and courtesy one can hope only from the best in the hospitality industry. The attention and care that staff across the departments at this hotel puts in their conduct and services to ensure that the guest feels at home is overwhelming.

The location of the hotel is good and the transportation facilities are also good and the food in the hotel was excellent but the towel provided in the room was very worn out and when used, it had spirits flying through it.

Staff was amazing and everytime they were with smile face and helping hands. As my father cannot walk but staff always came running to support him calmly.

Food was excellent,parking arrangements is very poor.Room was very small . Bath and toilet area is not combined,it was unusual.

It was a wonderful stay. The entire staff team is polite and well behaved. I was greeted by the guest manager and walked to my room. We had some chitchat in and around city. Breakfast spread was lavish and fresh. Enjoyed the stay.

The property is located in the heart of the city. The first thing that catches your attention is the traditional greetings done by the hospitality staff. The floral arrangements and the fragrance is enchanting. Check-in is hassle free. Welcome drinks are fantastic. The rooms are equipped with all amenities required. Pool area overlooks the ganges. We also had breakfast at the property. The selection balanced varied dietary needs and was tasteful. Baked goods were especially tasty. In-room dining was quick and to our taste. Check out process was also pretty smooth. Since the property is located adjacent to a mall, shopping experience may add more to the stay. The prime location makes it easier to commute.

Nice hotel with great staff ! The Breakfast spread is impressive. Modern but you feel at home. It is centrally located but the approach is congested. The Mall next to it is wonderful to spend evenings.
