Delicious pure vegetarian food, awesome deluxe room and service. Price is a bit high but valuable one, lovely staff and management.

Room service very bad, tiles are broken in room, no dental kit no shower kit, only one towel provided by hotel. After complaint hotel staff denied to provide these things like dental kit etc. Food quality is also very bad.

I was staying in this hotel for 4 days & my experience was very bad. I suggest you please avoid staying at this hotel. Neither food quality nor room condition is ok here. You continue call @ reception but response is zero.

Staff behaviour is very poor. They ask every time for extra money for hotel. After booking staff tell me that your booking is cancel-led and demanded extra money.

I had gone for the most expensive room, and it was terrible stay. No cleanliness, the washroom had a foul smell. Ac remote doesnt work to adjust the temperature. Too much water in tea. We were 3 ppl but they pro id-ed 2 bottles of water. This is common sense to give 3 bottle. The staff came insider wearing their shoes while setting up the third bed on the floor. No toiletteries in the washroom. My prior requests were not met

Location is good but amenities and services are very poor. The senior staff attitude is very strange and their behaviour is like truck drivers and helpers. They are not trained - how to behave with guest. This was my business trip but now i will not use this hotel in future and not will re-command to others.

Location was great, they do not have any parking. It's difficult for cabs to reach this property due to temporary metro construction. They are particular with their rules, which is good but need constant reminders for providing water, room cleaning etc.

Everything is ok. But washroom exaust / pot water supply not upto the mark. Washroom need maintenance. Rest all is ok

Bad behavior of receptionist no co-operative. No helping behavior with outsider and guest rude way of talking

Terrible, no contact no, no clear location given, no wifi, no parking, two hours wondering searching the hotel called on all the contact numbers on the property. No use. If we didn't have a vehicle of our own. Worst of all it was drizzling. On that behavior of the man on reception.

Comfortable stay but reception staff needs upgradation with it skills. Food, services amenities excellent in the specified budget.

Location is fantastic. Food and other amenities are very good. Hotel staff are cordial and helpful.

Very bad hotel staff, and their behaviour is very bad. It is very dirty hotel, ac not working. Bathroom all the time smell is coming, stinking

Staff behavior was also rude, they don't even try to give good service. I didn't expect this kind of service. They don't have modern aminities, my breakfast was included in my book but they try to charge. Even there was no options for breakfast item except poori sabzi. Property location is very but they should improve there service
