Food spread for dinner and breakfast was quite limited, and the room size was smaller than expected. Overall, stay could have been better with more food options and slightly bigger rooms.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and had a bad smell, just like a roadside hotel. The staff were not at all cooperative — maybe because I booked online and had already made the payment. I chose this hotel because of the Ginger brand name, but it was very disappointing. Big name, but poor service and maintenance.

Lot of hammering noise coming into ,after complaining many time staff are not coming to see and check,slow and terrible noise

Overall experience is good. No complaints. stay is comfortable. clean room and bathroom. Nice food. service is fine. location is good close to station and approx 6 kms from airport. front desk staffs are helpful. only one point I would like to highlight here is the ac somehow is not working 100% need maintenance same reported at front desk. I am sure this must have happened only in room 402. overall next time in patna Ginger will be my first choice.

Stay was excellent.But don’t understand why you don’t include complimentary breakfast.It’s common in all hotel booking breakfast is available complimentary.

It's a good property. This was my 5th visit in Patna and every time I prefer to stay at Ginger only. It's a budget hotel with good amenities. Staffs are polite. Food is also good. Only suggestions is to increase buffets spreads.

room is well but after reached the hotel he reception is telling to me room is not available toos hort and it's huge amount to be paid and extra bed 1500 and and room cost is s.to high I suggest this hotel the customers The room is too short and we are dissuced with reception they are refused the change the room. Rooms he was taking a money and extra mattres he will charged 1500 I am very shocked this type of behavior
