The blanket and linen were in pathetic condition with visible yellow stains. The shower was also defective water alternated between freezing cold and boiling hot. Despite complaints, the issue was not resolved. Due to the sudden flow of boiling water, my left elbow was burnt, which was shown to the housekeeping executive. This reflects a serious lapse in maintenance and guest safety and demands immediate corrective action.

The staff are polite and they recommend you their best food which you should never miss. Loved the aalu kulcha with raita. The location is a bit crowded but nearby junction and just adjacent to Gandhi maidan where you can have morning walk.

Hotel was good and rooms were clean. Staff at front office were good but weren't very helpful. Food was good. Not much choices but good. The carpet on the sixth floor corridor is stinking.and full of stains. Please get it cleaned.

Worst hotel of my life.. I know u wont believe- but listen, room was leaking from walls n ceiling, floors also all wet. I was stunned to see so they changed my room. after enquiring, I came to know that all rooms had the problem at 6 th floor but staff was pretending as they don't know anything. I asked for one print out, they refused. I asked for 15 minutes extra time for check out, they refused. they charged for swimming also. all obscene activities reported in the swimming pool in front of small children but no action was reported.

That stay was very good and property location is also very good very comfortable to pick any transport and also near by patna junction railway station......... Poor service, doors of bathroom were not repaired. Their online payment system was not working, had to pay in cash. Next day we were asked whether we had made the payment as it was not updated in their system. Got late to reach next destination as the front office staff kept us waiting to confirm and check which staff/ manager previous day had taken the cash
