we booked a room for one day The room was not clear and we told to clean the room but they didn't clean the room.

pathetic hotel and services and charged for this hotel. very shameful. I want my money back.

Quite and clean and staf are very responsible. Transport and food facilities are available. All cooking staff

Worst hotel experience so far. I am frequent traveller to patna and used to stay for 2 to 3 days. For any facilities they asked for extra charges and in counter question all time asked me to lodge complaint in mmt. Food facilities are not given as per the tarif even they only offered as per their 1-2 menu list. Staff behaviour is very unprofessional.

Worst service overall. Pols don't refer. Horrible experience. Led set up box not working. Don't change the bed sheet. Avoid to give day basis towel. Every day drinking water charges. Horrible break fast arrangement.

Price wise vise - a- vise environment really very poor. Rooms do not have sufficient place for movement and the same with toilet. Next time, do not give me this type of hotel.

floor was not clean bath room was full of hairs . only bath soap only that is also very small price 3 only. towel was not available, asked then they provided. water was not there. brake fast was first four bread , butter and tea only served in room only. second day only four pori sabji, tea no others option. no restaurant, no wifi, TV has no connection

I experienced a worst hotel with respect to price. Dirty bath room spotted blankets, pillows and bedsheet even mattress was ruined. No cleaning in outside also. Only reception area is presentable. Except all over dust and spots. They have provided just a piece of soap. When i've complained then only they provided toiletries. Towel was very thin and tired. It seems that hotel is being use on hourly basis type. 24 hrs kitchen is not working

Poor in cleanliness. Bed spread was dirty. Food supplied was not good. Bathroom was not kept clean. No shampoo, no bodywash were given. Towels were not clean

No hyegene, service, food services, staffs all round not upto the mark. Service vs tariff is huge gap.

Experience was really bad, from day 1 for everything i need to complain, they changed my room twice but still service, room conditions are pathetic. There are lots more option in patna, so request not to select this one.

Super premier bs room ka naam aur rate hai but qulaty normal hai. Pillo cover fat a ha tha bolne pe change ha no shower gel no body lotaion no tea packet dirty bathroom

Charged extra for things i ordered. They charged more money than written on menu.

I was there for 2days and the guest service was very nice. The staff was good too. But the food was very average but i was a pretty good experience overall

Room and bathroom was not clean, you can see dust on table and bedrails, bathroom kit they do not provide, single towel provided for 2 persons. Breakfast was okay.

Location and hospitality was good, need to improve on hygeine part

Rooms are good and comfortable. Behavior of staffs is polite. The only problem is they don't provide english breakfast, cutlets and sandwiches.
