This hotel is located nearest Patna railway station. The hotel staff's behavior is good. Car parking facilities are average and food cost is average.

It was just average. Breakfast was average in term of quality and test. Facilities is also average.

Food is of average taste and quality and the room quality is also average compared with the price.

The hotel rooms are very dirty, I was smiling in the room too. The food was good. hotel staff not a good

In the deluxe room TV not working, when I asked reception for the TV remote they told me i have to collect the remote from reception, also no recharge in TV , I have stayed for 3 days but they didn't recharge TV , reception staff behaviour too bad

The bed cover sheet and blanket is Dirty. insects are running in room as well as on bed. not recommended. no proper service.

bathroom , jug balti are too dirty , washroom jet spray is not working properly ,there is no complimentary water bottle in room and his rooms are smelling,.

They provide breakfast in very poor condition and quantity and quality was very less and after asking for more they refused. Breakfast food quality and quantity was very poor and they offer limited and less quantity breakfast

Very poor service, inspite of repeated calls, response very poor . Wash room leaking, Bedbsheets with stains

Food is bad, cockroach inside room, AC don't have swing, bedsheets need to get changed - as given one was having dirty spots. Forced to give feedback at the time of entry. As I was getting late and new to city, didn't make trouble and give forceful entry at that time

Very very bad all services including breakfast dinner, bed or pillow cover dirty, tiolet dirty, no hand wash, ac not cooling, no map plan standard, hotel employee use like talk criminal etc. Sorry not available

Good property,well maintained room,cooperative staff.Food quality was also good.Rooms were clean and AC was working properly.

location is bit difficult to find, it's little bit inside, but if u dont like noise then it's a good place to stay They don't provide u water too in this range all the hotels used to provide at least 1 ltr water but they refuse, staff behaviour rude I just asked them that the TV rechargr will get over by nxt day as msg is showing on screen they came to check and started arguing.

Room was not cleaned properly specially bed linen & wash room. Food was good. I shall not prefer further to stay here in future. Hotel staff in reception was demanding extra charges for early check in though not paid as booked the trip through mmt.
