Water leaking in shower and from geyser, we booked two rooms and both had the same issue, because of it a damp smell in the room, quilt was dirty, had lipstick marks, commode dirty. Room service was good.

All good but check-in process is very slow. Almost 40 min wait in waiting area and I reached the hotel 12:30 but all process completed by 1:30 and finally I reached my room by 1:45. This process is too slow.

मैने 5 ✨ दिया है, एक कप्पल के लिए जिनका उम्र 18 साल से ऊपर है। ओर उनको एक अच्छे होटल की जरूर है जिनके पास टाइम स्पेंड करने के लिए प्राइवेट जगह चाहिए। ओ जा सकते है। स्टाफ भाई बहुत osm है, होटल गली में है और स्टेशन के पास है तो लोग सोचते है कि कुछ प्रॉब्लम हो सकता है, लेकिन भाई तकलीफ नहीं है किसी का भी, बस id सही रखो।

2 of their staff knock the door unnecessarily even at 6:30 am, 11:30 pm etc. Many times I have said not to knock but they knocked even after that. Very disappointing behavior.

No room is alloted he gave room and said half hour you will stay the and said I will change the room but they not change the room after 2 hours they change the room but washroom condition was very bad when I inform the reception after 15 min 1 service boy came and said no room is there you stay here and morning you take bath in another room and whole night lime water from the tap and disturb whole night I paid 1834 rupees not expecting this type of experience on scale I will gave 0 number my last booking from Make my trip in future I will not book any hotel from your app
