Location of Property is convenient, proper hygiene was taken care of, Good and helpful staff, i would recommend others to stay in this proeprty

Very small room staff behaviour not cooperating also bed and pillow not clean

Outside Food is not allowed in hotel premises. Hotel food is average. But thanks for the wheelchair.

Nice neat clean and spacious room with great amenities. Staff are very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is very convenient.

Some door was kept open and we could not sleep because of the pre-recorded sound. Staff was good and polite during the stay, but as soon as we checked out, didn’t bother to help or respond to our concerns.

The person sitting at hotel reception proclaiming himself as the manager and all in all of the hotel simply said no one can meet . I simply requested himself for a thing, and he denied and started giving me "gyan "saying that "agar aapko achchhe se kisi hotel wale ne sikaya hota to aapko yeh request nahi kar paate yaha par". I just asked whether can I add my GST number into the bill. He could have simply denied but gave me gyan like a teacher for 15 minutes. I did not understand whether he was a hotelier or a teacher.

the hotel was terrible to stay, they were forcing the customers to stay as per their norms. if customers want to eat non veg items. worst experience ever. won't recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Location is on congested road, food is good and vegetarian only. The room size is small the bathroom amenities are average the bed was too soft and not good for people with back pain.

The hotel is really good neat and clean rooms with good ambience , staffs are very courteous and cooperative ... nice one .. only one improvement is they don’t serve non veg which they said they will in-corporate , overall a 10 on 10 .

It was overpriced, almost 200%. Direct booking was cheaper. My friends booked the same type of room at 5000.
