Hotel O New Mega Palace

Geyser was not working. Blanket provided was very dirty. Instead of single queen/king bed, they provided two single bed.

I have to say that my experience was absolutely wonderful.

During my stay at this hotel i did not face any problem. The staff was very cooperative and polite.

The hotel management denied check-in and said this booking and payment are useless. We have booked two rooms for rs. 2149 on mm t but they said this we won't accept. Either pay rs. 2780 or leave. As it was already late evening and we were running from previously denied hotel of check-in of mm t and wasted almost 3 hrs in that process and even spent rs. 400 in cabs we accepted our fate and paid for the third time as instructed by hotel manager. The rooms are not worthy and are not that clean too. Even hot water is not coming and when asked they said we will repair it tomorrow. In short it was a horrible experience.

Ac was not working, room service was very poor, washroom flush was not working properly, reception was very rude, blanket and bed was very dirty. Staffs are very polite.

Hotel was not cleared. Electric switch was not working. Not hygiene and sanitation facilities available. Poor service. Bathroom condition was worst. No thanks

Though lunch and breakfast bill was included and paid. But after arrival they refused to provide the same.

Under-construction, door lock broken, pillow dirty, bathroom dirty, toiletry was not there, bed bugs, too small room

Receptionist behavior was very rude.
