worst cleanliness, even during 3 night stay the room was not even cleaned once, no cover in blanket, no handwash, no water. the overall experience was terrible. kindly check the hotel before onboarding on your platform

worst experience hotel receptionist deny to provide bill for my stay and i approaching them since last 10 days but they are not responding. please do not choose this hotel for stay worst experience

Purely a mess, unprofessional staff, mosquito, leeches, and other insect all over. No one to respond

No contact from property side till we reach late night around 11:30p, owner told us to not book online next time and didnt even know about our booking, owner told us that rooms are already full but you can take our room which he is using currently, and gives us 1 ac and 1 non ac room while we book for 2 ac rooms.

Dirty room, mosquito everywhere, bad smell, behavior from staff was not good.

Room are very compact. Cleanness is not done. If you are luck enough than you can find "rats "in your room too. Room service is bad. Their is no telecom available in room. Tv are not working. Etc etc

they've mentioned a 3 star hotel but actually it's not. Switchboard not working properly and lots of mosquito🦟. they use coir mattress, it's very hard. they charged ₹500 extra because one of my friends come to meet me and for half an hour they charged ₹500. not recommended.

Good and on nice location

The room is very dirty and their double deluxe king bed room is very small. The bathroom latch is broken. A very small bathroom and shower is not working. Moreover i will never suggest anyone to stay there.

Bad hotel to stay and one more thing bad behavior from staff and toilet of room are not good and i don't like satying here

Located in prime location. Easy to go anywhere in patna. Room was also fine. Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Peaceful environment.

Dirty and stained bedsheets. Hot water nit available and rats in the room. To top it all a non responsive staff, who add salt to wound by saying “where is it dirty”, “no we won’t change it”, “who uses hot water for bathing’. It was not an experience that i expected during my stay. There has been no attempt to make the stay experience any better.

There was no handle on washroom door because of which it was open all the item. They did not give remote for ac & temperature was fixed by them so you stay as per their choice and not yours. Dirty linen

Next time if they will offer free even in that case i will not prefer to stay in that hot el. Poor management.
