Hotel O Mellow Space

Hotel location is very good. It is near to rajendra flyover in PC colony. Overall experience was excellent. On my request, they provided hot milk to my child. They were very quick on fixing room amenities. Location is very peaceful and soothing. I felt like I am at my home.

I booked AC double bed But hotel provide me non AC room,

Location is easily accessible since it's on road. The compound is clean . Staff is good. The best part was they had a huge labrador on the property. Such a mood lifter. Only setback was my room had a lashless balcony door.

AC room maine book kiya tha pr wo Non Ac room de rhe the ye bol kr ki mausam thanda hai to Non AC le lijiye..mujhe room ke liye approximately 1 hr wait krna paraa

no towel given, water not coming out in basin tap, drinking water bottle as per amenities listed not given

The room was good and clean, but lacked basic initial service like soap and water bottle. The overall experience was good.

Room was very clean and spacious. Worth the money. When I reached the property, I was given a Non AC room although I had paid for AC room. The receptionist told me that the amount you paid is for Non AC. I tried multiple times to speak Costumer executive to resolve the problem, but there was no option to connect any customer executive. Looking at my helpness the receptionist gave me AC room.

Worst hotel i have ever seen Ac tv is there but MCB not working no staff at all Ram Bharose Hotel..,They have given me hotel At 10:30am and asking Rs.300 for early check in as it was clearly mentioned that I will get every check in facility and late check out for 2 hours but I did not got any facility.., Horrible Experience..,👎

IT was quite good. staff was helpful. There is need of little improvement too, like the bedsheet and pillow cover were used before.

Hotel room was clean but provided indian toilet style instead of western which was shown in the picture

They need to install telephones in the rooms to connect to the reception. It was overall a good experience. I will definitely recommend this for staying.
