HOTEL VINAYAK INTERNATIONAL

I chose this Hotel from Make my trip feedback but it was very bad. The bathroom was so dirty and the hotel room plugs were not working. I even charge my phone after removing the TV plug. Food was not so wow. over all recommendations will be neither I suggest anyone nor I visit again.

The staff was very rude and un help rull. they were un human and there was no intent to help the customers. they are just doing there job without interest. AC wac not working properly..it was too old....Breakfast was included..but no any one had provided....

1) The room service telephone was not working properly. 2) In 2-days stay, the lift was not working. 3) The bathroom door lock was not locking. 4) The price list of food menu was too high. 5) The room service attender never attended during the stay. 6) While asking for an extra bed mattress, it was informed to pay extra.

There is no arrangement in this hotel, there is no light at night, cockroaches roam around in the room, dinner is stale, they have no lift facility, toilet in the room is not in good condition, bed towels are good. The food was really good, but the rooms felt quite cramped and there were noticeable issues with cleanliness in some areas.

Small room in this price

i had reached early in the hotel and was waiting for long at 2 -3 Hours and Provided Extra Charges for 500 for early check in. Not Compromise and Should respect customers point of few . Very Low Rate Less than 3 WE SHOULD REMOVE FROM MMT PATHETIC.

I call them before for early check In they say ok , I reach hotel at around 4 am ask them to open the gate the guy say, for early check in I need to pay whole day charge ok come at 12 am rudely and asking me come directly no need to book from make my trips

HE DID not give an early check-in at the hotel. I was waiting FROM 7 AM to 11 AM at the reception in HOTEL. THE ROOM AND WASHROOM ARE VERY SMALL. VERY SHORT OF CLEANLINESS.

Very Bad experience regarding behaviour, Service & early check in. Food is not Hyzenich. I found a Mosquito 🦟 in food. I already said one day before check in that I have to do the early morning check in due to my Train arrival schedule but they can't do early check in. I was ready to pay the extra money for this. Not Recommended.🤝

Very small room , no chair , no table , no complimentary water bottle , wash basin outside washroom and just beside the main entry gate , not as per expectation and not match the details of the room

The rooms are so neat and clean. Bathroom too good. Staff behaviour is so polite. Hotels are very near to Patna junction and most of the beautiful places can be explored from this hotel. Patna International airport is also very near, it can be take 15-20 minutes from this hotel . I can say it is worth staying at a minimum cost. Room AC and Wi-Fi are also too good.

my Previous experience was nice ..staff's behaviour is very good.Well mentioned rooms and hygiene also

Worst experience of my life. They are charging decent money but no facilities at all.
