Hotel City Centre

Overall good experience... Hastlefree checkin, big hotel , lots of rooms, clean .

Property is very old , not suitable for sr citizen or handicapped persons, because to reach reception or come out of their lobby one has to climb about 30 steps. You can imagine with average two suitcase , how difficult it is. Once you reach 1 st floor then only you get lift to go in your rooms. Restaurant is also with old n poorly maintained. Rooms are with full of cockroach 🪳 Once you putoff light to sleep in night and inbetween you get up for toilet, you will find lot large number of cockroach are moving on floor. I stayed on 3 rd floor, where corridors were piled up with lot of unused materials,no hygiene.

Very poor people and the service Did not get any thing is written in the app did not provide any towel in the room no room service and nothing was available at the hotel only the location is alright as nearer to the railway station Overall most unsatisfied trip is time

Rooms very unhygienic, three rooms changed as AC was not working, bathrooms in very bad shape.service was prompt but overall very unhygenic

Lock was bad but they solved the problem Staff-very fast like robot and very attentive

All facilities are good and I Enjoy for stay.my family is satisfied for the hotel management

The room is very dirty, smelling, Bedsheet has a lot of stain..very dirty... Bathroom also bed...all room condition is too bad.. terrible....

location is near patna junction...so by location it is best...but as amenities wise it's average...

The behaviour of the the person at reception was helpful and good.

Very poor service , Wash basin outlet pipe was broken . Checked in by 1 pm but room changed at 10 pm .Also the TV was not working. UNPROFESSIONAL attitude and waste of money

Very poor and uncomfortable stay. No bed light no intercom. No Wi-fy . No room cleaning. We were charged for 3 but only 2 beds were there and another broken old make shift cot was not fit to use. cockroach and insects were our constant companions for our 2 days stay in very small and conjested so called double room, for which we had paid in advance through online booking system . Very HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE INDEED. I planned to lodge complaint in consumer forum .God save all from such horrible experience!!!!!!

I booked but before booking our room was not ready for staying.we visited 3pm but as per booking room was not ready and given one room .

location is good very near to railway station, Room was very clean and staff behavior were also good

Bad experience The room was not clean. Water not in the washroom. AC was not working properly. When I have told the issues,they replied me regular room is like this.i have told him that this is cheating with guest than he has changed my room.Now I never go to this hotel again.
