Hotel Patliputra Nirvana

Very poor room , toilet , food and staff behaviour was also so rude

Almost same breakfast menu daily, room provided smells and no proper ventilation, face of every staff looks like ......garbage......even the shower gell and cream provided are used one......

The behaviour of hotel staff is very polite. There is no any issue in check in and check out. Everything is very convenient. Location is esiliye reachable. Concluding experience It's amazing.

The property is good and all staff of the hotel are also very polite, specially because I have booked from make my trip, I have always booked my hotel through make my trip only and convince my all friends to book from make my trip.

Very dirty room & poor service

Worst ever Hotel to stay. Water leakage problem. No AC cooling. Worst bed and also you can hear sound from outside. Breakfast also has not much option. This property doesn’t deserve to be a 3star property. Save your money and don’t stay in this hotel.

There was no ameni which was shown on the bills. Unsafe environment for the stay. Housekeeping cleaned my room without my presence and after saying a no. Worst experience

The room was dirty, the floor was broken, the wash basin was also broken, I was not feeling good. Tea kit and kettle not provided and also the towel was dirty

The major concern was that there was no water supply in the room for a considerable time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Additionally, the room had a bad odor, which affected the overall experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving these aspects for future guests.
