food menu could be better and no exhaust in toilets and rooms needs to upgraded

Employees are not cooperative. TV is not not working due of recharge. Hot water also is not provided

I recently stayed at this property and booked the NSU (Nirvana Suite), expecting it to be one of their best rooms. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the room’s quality. The furniture made creaking noises, the shower handle wasn’t functioning properly, the TV mount was broken, and the overall room size was smaller than expected—it was just connected to a small adjoining area with a sofa. On the positive side, the staff were polite and courteous, and the property is located in a decent area.

भोजन में बुफे नहीं लगा, टेबल पे सही तरीके से खाना नहीं मिला हमलोगों को कभी चावल, तो कभी दाल की कमी कभी सब्जी की कमी तो कभी रोटी की कमी, होटल वाले ने लगभग 1.5 घंटे में हमलोगों को खाना खिलाया अपर्याप्त साधन की तरह।

The horrible experience room looks like hell The washroom is very dirty even though the front office staff is not friendly they look busy but unfortunately stand behind the counter doing nothing for the guest. I was reached early in the morning and asked to give room but the manager told me that he didn't have room when I was ready to pay after that I have spent 4 hrs in the lobby because I didn't have any options.
