The hotel location is excellent as located at a prime location just walking from Patna Junction. The rooms are very clean and bathrooms are very big and well maintained. Food is awesome and quantity sufficient with reasonable price. The service of staff are very prompt and they are very polite the hotel staff. A must recommended stay in Patna.

Price in terms of the room allotted was high...could not feel better....the restaurent is also only for name, worst service...not worth stay

Its doesn't seem to be real Mayfair. Entry into hotel is from a corner hidden lift which takes you to 2nd Floor only to find that there is no one sitting on the reception. After waiting for almost 10 mins a person appears whose personality doesn't at all fit with the name 'Mayfair'. Anyways..... Then he doesn't even know that his hotel room is booked. Then he checks his digital records and finds that the booking is there. The check in process takes sometime and then we are taken to our room by a bell-boy. We reach to your room only to find that the room is not ready. The towels were not available. The bell-boy tells us he will bring the same. Then to our surprise, a couple has been served with just two water bottles of 250 ml each only though the hotel mentions in the facilities 'Mineral Water'. Imagine 500 ml of water for 2 persons for entire day. Even for preparing tea/coffee there was no separate RO water, which usually every hotel gives. Till now wherever I have stayed, 2 litres of mineral water per couple is the norm. After that we find that one of the ceiling light in the room is flickering and giving trouble to eyes. We called the reception and the same fellow appears, only to tell us that it would be alright after sometime once the led light gets heated up. Means we have to either bear with this flickering light or switch it off. This guy then further tried to open the bathroom door without even taking permission when my wife was inside taking bath. Later on we found that the TV remote volume button is not functioning and the answer given to us by the attendant that we can control the volume by reaching to the TV unit and using the buttons given on TV.😀. We realised that it's enough and we checked out by 6 pm instead of receiving the mental harrasment.

Very well maintained property. Pocket friendly, but extremely well kept. Friendly staff and good catering quality.

The hotel's maintenance and amenities are not up to the mark. No ventilation and cockroaches in the bathroom.

Deluxe room double bed AC : Worst ever experience. Dirty rooms. Unhealthy food. Pathetic service. Food could not be served even to animals.

Nice stay at mayfair hotel patna. Room service & staff behavior is very good. Room, toilet and washroom is very clean. I recommend that you can stay here. I like that.

Stayed at this hotel with my family in 2 rooms. During the stay everything was perfect. Specially the staff behaviour & their services. Rooms & hotel were neat & clean. Recommended.

Room was good. Bed sheet linen was clean. Found cockroaches in the room they tried ro fix it with baygon as a temporary measure. Needs pest control. Tv was faulty from begening and they tried to rectify and pretending this has happened just now. Water bottle complimentary given only 500 ml for a person where it should be 1 ltr. Tiolet was clean.

Overpriced hotel in comparison to facility. Not satisfied with overall. Rest location wise excellent place. But nearby other options are also available
