The Red Velvet Hotel Samarpan

I stayed in a premium suit room. The room and bathroom size was good. The room ambiance and lighting was good. Bathroom needs sprucing up. Looked very dull. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. Mr neeraj kumar was helpful at the reception. My suggestion would be to improve the toiletries given, at-least in the suit rooms. They were very bad. Also cleaning can be improved. Breakfast had a good spread. Service was good. However some items were stale or too oily. For the price it's a decent The Red Velvet Hotel Samarpan to stay in. With some effort they can make it a great option.

Food and service was good. No doubt in it.but it is expensive 4 star does not mean to make everything expensive .you must quality give service at reasonable price . Also management must ask which type of bathroom we want normal or with bathtub because older people still today do not prefer it .and extra bed quality can also be improved. Nature and behaviour was good .

Location is good, Staff is polite and courteous, Breakfast is very good with lots of variety to choose from, Rooms are very good... everything thing is really great except two small issues... one is parking and second is ac was bit slow and noisy... over all experience was really nice and comfortable...

I really liked the front office staff, always eager to help.. got a room upgrade to the fabulous suite.... very spacious and well stocked room.. the location is also nice... Food is also good though on the expensive side... I will recommend it for stays in Patna

Overall hospitality of the The Red Velvet Hotel Samarpan is good . It's cleanliness, ambience, room service are fairly good. Buffet breakfast is very good. But it should retain respective regional flavour.
