Food at buffet is below average. Breakfast is still better. Room has ventilation issues and has a smell . Location is good. Room interiors are decent. Staff is good n caring. Room key will get deactivated and u have to come down to get it reset. Thats irritating. Overall average stay.

Hotel is below normal catogary, having only one staff, it is like guest house. No resturant, nothing like hotel, rate should be 2000 per day.

I had a nice experience of stay at the red velvet hotel samarpan.Breakfast was a bit expensive if it’s not pre booked else everything was fine.Best part of this hotel is it’s location,it is literally in the centre of the city which makes it perfect to stay.

Horrible Bed Bugs are huge . I stayed in room no 310. It got changed to 301 .. Food is good particularly breakfast

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Unsafe for Families, Overpriced and Mismanaged! I had the worst possible experience at Hotel Red Velvet, and I urge all families — especially those with kids — to stay away from this place. I booked their so-called "Red Velvet Suite," the top-tier room of the property, expecting a premium stay. What I got instead was a nightmare. The AC in the suite was not working at all. I complained five times — yes, five times — and yet no resolution. Their final solution? They handed me a table fan. Yes, a table fan in the middle of summer, in their most expensive suite! Unbelievable. The room was in a pathetic state — definitely not what they advertise. This is not just a comfort issue but a serious concern for family and child safety, especially in such hot weather conditions. Absolutely no regard for guest well-being or basic hospitality. As if that wasn’t enough, the buffet dinner was a complete disaster. The food was bland, cold, and nowhere near the standard you'd expect even from a budget hotel, let alone a supposedly premium property. Avoid Hotel Red Velvet at all costs. It's a total scam — overpriced, poorly managed, and unsafe for families. I regret booking this place and wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I really liked the front office staff, always eager to help.. got a room upgrade to the fabulous suite.... very spacious and well stocked room.. the location is also nice... Food is also good though on the expensive side... I will recommend it for stays in Patna
