Hotel room is good but room cleaning, and other services is not good

location was okay, there were housefly in the room, used/soiled linens/bath towels were provided. the rooms are not having any ventilation. either one has to keep the AC switched on for want of fresh air, then room turns like an ice chamber. and there are no windows in the room.

Location is in outskirts of outskirts , staff are non cooperative and not polite, food service is worst

This time jolted not provide complimentary breakfast due to not showing in his portal but as per my booking id it’s added.

My stay was good which I didn't expect. Location is good... Service was also good and the price for the Deluxe room was okay according to the room.. Breakfast was good ( poori sabji and chai ) 👍 Cons : Service was slow which is not a big issue. C u again 👍

We booked classic room through makemytrip and when reached hotel they told that classic rooms are not available and you have to pay for premium room. But they manged somehow and gave classic room. Room was good

They charged for breakfast extra which was included... they upgraded my room from classic to deluxe after booking and took rs 300 more during my checkout saying we don’t have classics room available ... and room wasn’t clean by staff...and room was full of mosquitos.

My parents stayed there for their flight the next morning. They really liked the quick service offered by the hotel. The room was very neat and clean. Also, the price of the hotel room was very much under the budget. And the location was also very good, just 10 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

location is fine, food was not up to the mark and highly priced. The receptionist was rude, geyser was not working in one of the room. booked two room they have given in different floor

The property is well-maintained and exudes cleanliness, with spacious and open rooms that provide a comfortable stay. The food quality is ok; however, there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings to enhance the overall experience. And service is not up to the standard.

Hotel is not clean and also the room service is not responsive. We did not have a pleasant experience staying here.
