Room was clean. Bathroom was ok as there were hairs fallen all over the floor. They didn't provide toiletries. Neither did they have a menu in the room. After ordering, they have a menu though! Food was ok. Have expected this property to be better.

Our stay at hotel Tathagat Ashok was very relaxing and pleasant. We were given Mountain View room, very soothing. The reception, restaurant staff were good and cooperative. Breakfast and food was delicious. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone visiting Rajgir.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience at Thatgat Hotel, Rajgir My stay at Thatgat Hotel Rajgir was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff and reception in particular were shockingly unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, the reception team behaved as if guests were a burden to them. There was no greeting, no proper communication, and every question was answered with irritation. Instead of helping, they seemed more interested in ignoring guests. Basic requests—like checking in, getting room information, or asking for drinking water—were met with rude and careless responses. The staff had no sense of hospitality, and their attitude made the whole stay uncomfortable. Even simple tasks took forever because nobody seemed interested in doing their job. It felt like they had zero training in customer service. For a hotel that charges decent money, this level of behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend Thatgat Hotel Rajgir to anyone unless they seriously improve their staff’s attitude and professionalism

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the facilities were really nice and well-maintained, and the infrastructure was truly impressive. It was a wonderful experience staying at hotel Tathagat ashok rajgir.I was mesmerized by the breathtaking view of its surroundings. We were given a hill view room. It had all the modern amenities including All the staffs were very much co operative and polite. The variations and quality of the breakfast was excellent. Many tourist attractions are just walking distance from the hotel.
